resepi: roti boy
resepi diambil dari blog : Cendana Kasih (CK)
bhn roti: 20 biji....
Doh:
500 g tepung high protin ( tepung roti)
225 ml air ( Uj guna air suam)
8 g garam
80 g gula
9 g instant yis
14 g susu skim
25 g susu pekat
30 g telur dipukul sedikit
40 g shortening
30 g margerine
6 g pelembut roti
2 g pembaik roti
Topping
150 g butter
120g gula ( UJ guna gula kastor)
100 g tepung kek
1 biji telur
perasa kopi @ nescafee ( UJ guna perasa kopi)
2 sudu bsr serbuk badam ( UJ tambah )
Inti
15 g butter lembut
50 g gula perang
sedikit garam
cara utk membuat roti ( dgn mengguna kan Bm)
1. Campur semua bhn doh .Pilih program utk doh.Uli sehingga menjadi doh.Bila doh dh terbentuk keluarlan
doh dan rehatkan selama 30 minit .tutup dgn menggunakan tuala basah.
2. Selepas 30 minit tumbuk doh dan uli doh semua
3. Bahagikan dan timbang seberat 50 g.dan bulat2kan.Add inti kedlmnya.
4. Letak dlm loyang yg diris dgn sedikit mentega.tutup dgn tuala basah.Biar selama 1 jam supaya roti naik
sekali ganda lagi.
5. Sambil tu pukul bhn topping sehingga mnjadi krim.
6. Bila roti dh naik 2 kali ganda dgn mengguna paip aising.paipkan topping diatas permukaan roti.
7. Bakar selama 20 minit dgn suhu 180 degre....walah semerbak harum kopi satu rumah....
* klu mengguna kan kaedah tangan.:
Add semua bhn dan uli sehingga doh menjadi lembut dan elastik.Selepas itu rehatkan doh selama 30 minit dgn menutup permukaan roti dgn tuala basah..selepas itu bolelah ikut kaedah no 2 sehingga ke no 7...

Puding Coklat
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 cup(s) whole milk
- 4 ounce(s) bittersweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- Sweetened whipped cream and chocolate shavings (optional)
Directions
- In 3-quart saucepan, with wire whisk, combine sugar and 1 1/2 cups milk; heat on medium-high until bubbles form around edge of pan. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Let stand 1 minute, then whisk until chocolate melts.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, whisk cocoa, cornstarch, and remaining ½ cup milk until smooth. Whisk in eggs until blended. Whisking constantly, add 1/2 cup hot chocolate mixture in slow stream.
- Heat chocolate mixture remaining in pan on medium-low. Whisking constantly, gradually add egg mixture to pan. Cook, whisking constantly, 10 minutes or until mixture becomes very thick and begins to bubble. Whisk in vanilla. Divide among 6 small serving cups.
- Refrigerate until cold, 4 hours or up to 2 days. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
